Join the Minotaur Volunteer Crew

Be part of the action and help make an unforgettable race weekend possible. From welcoming runners to supporting them on the mountain, our volunteers keep Minotaur moving—and bring the encouragement when athletes need it most.

Roles may include:

Race check-in: Welcome runners and hand out race packages.

Aid stations: Keep runners fuelled, hydrated and encouraged.

Course marshals: Help runners stay on course at key junctions.

Timing and finish line: Record finishers and celebrate their achievements.

Medical support: Support athlete care alongside the medical team, for volunteers with relevant first aid or medical qualifications and experience.

Course setup and cleanup: Help with signage, equipment and keeping the mountain clean.

Course sweeps: Follow the final runners and help ensure everyone is accounted for.

Some roles take place in the race village, while others require hiking and comfort in mountain terrain. Let us know your interests, experience and availability so we can find a good fit.
